Annabelle

My story

Annabelle was a very young mama who gave birth to 6 kittens. She and her babies were found right before a big storm by one of Meowtown's foster homes. After taking wonderful care of her babies despite practically being a baby herself, she is now ready for adoption. She's a slip of a thing and incredibly sweet. A forever kitten in size. She was very docile and was raised with other foster cats with whom she did well. She is affectionate and loves pets. After being such a good Mama this sweet girl is looking for a retirement home with a nice, soft bed and somebody to cuddle with. She changed foster homes about a year ago. She loves to sleep with her human and doesn’t take any crap from other bigger cats. She mostly sleeps in the sunshine or on a bed. She has gotten more feisty as time goes by and will jump other cats for fun. No damage, but likes to scare them like they used to do her. So she might be better off as an only cat. She has made friends with one female and one male tho. She tries to hug all cats and will give them a bath if they want it or not.. Born 6/30/2021 She did well with kids at her first foster home, but she does like to reach out and touch you as you pass. We do not allow declawing, but she may need to have claws trimmed regularly. Annabelle is very shy to newcomers and will hide under the bed. She is going to need a very patient adopter. But once she settles in, she will be your best friend.
