My story

To say Dainty is smart would be an understatement! She will do anything for a cookie or her favorite toy, making her a breeze to train. There is no limit to what she could accomplish in the right environment. This beautiful brindle baby would be an awesome companion or emotional support dog. With more training, she even has potential for sport competition. Dainty has excellent house manners, loves to play outside with other dogs, and makes an excellent hiking buddy. Still, she knows when to turn off the energy and turn on the inside nature. She would do great with a male fur sibling if there's another dog in the home. A real gem, Dainty deeply loves her person and is very affectionate. She recognizes her crate as a safe place and her foster mom has already taught her sit, off and leave it. This beautiful girl is so fun but just raw enough to be trained for whatever she loves and excels at, even if it's just basic obedience. Her owner should be knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Dainty has so much heart. All she needs is a chance and lots of love! Dainty is just over 2 year old and about 38 pounds. She is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and current on vaccines. A fenced yard is necessary to adopt Dainty. (No underground fences.). If you are interested in Dainty, please submit an application at wetnosesanimalrescue.org.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dainty, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
