Hello, I'm Huey Lewis, a gentle soul who's had more than my share of goodbyes. With the loss of my dear buddy Lewie Armstrong, who crossed the rainbow bridge, and both my mom and foster mom facing health issues, I find myself searching for a new heart and home to heal in. My Story: I was always the shyer one, relying on Lewie for confidence. Without him, I'm a bit lost, but I'm slowly finding my way back with the help of some tasty treats and gentle souls. I'm a testament to resilience and the quiet strength that comes from enduring. What I Need: 🏡 A Patient Home: I thrive in an environment where patience and gentleness are abundant. 🐾 Dog Selective: I'm okay with submissive dogs, but proper introductions are crucial because I appreciate a peaceful and respectful canine companion. 🛋️ Moderate Energy: I enjoy a good balance of activity and rest, making me a great companion for someone who appreciates a moderate pace in life. 🧸 Cautious & Shy: It takes me a little time to warm up, but when I do, I'm all about quiet companionship and leaning in for some loving pets. 🚽 Housetrained: No need to worry about accidents; I'm well-versed in home etiquette. 💕 Friendly: Once I feel secure, my sweet and loving nature truly shines. Why I'm Worth It: Though I'm cautious, the bond we'll form over time will be filled with loyalty, affection, and quiet moments of contentment.
