At seven years old and weighing in at a solid 80 pounds, Fella is quite the distinguished gentleman. He's got a heart full of love and a playful spirit that will bring endless joy to your life. Fella is all about that ball life-he loves to play until your arm hurts! He knows all his basic commands and works well on a leash, making him a delight to take on walks and adventures. With a few treats and some minutes, he'll entertain you with rollovers, shakes, and quickly learn new tricks. This sweet-faced boy, with his adorable freckles, is well-behaved and gets along with other dogs and people. While he's not a fan of cats, Fella is all about making human friends, even if he plays it cool at first. Underneath his reserved exterior, you'll find a goofy side and a loyal heart that will warm up to you in no time. Making new dog friends isn't always easy for Fella, as his big, strong presence can be a bit intimidating at first. However, he's lived in a home with other dogs before being surrendered to the shelter, and with proper introductions and decompression, he would do great as part of a pack. Fella loves car rides, enjoys good walks, and is a fantastic hiker and runner. He recently went in for photographs and made himself right at home in the studio, showcasing his love for belly rubs and the comfort of a home. Fella is looking for a foster or adopter who can promise to be a good friend to him, and he promises to be a sweet, loyal companion.
