My story

Rambit's story is one of resilience. Rescued as a stray in Broward County, FL, in 2022 this pup arrived at Big Dog Ranch Rescue sad and clinging to life, with duct tape around his mouth which unfortunately left a round scar, a sad reminder of past cruelty inflicted on him. Despite this harrowing past, Rambit is a handsome boy with beautiful brindle coloring who has not lost his trust in humans and thrives on affection and attention. His dream home is one with an adult-only family and he does love to be the center of attention. An experienced dog owner who understands his unique needs would be ideal. Walks and companionship mean the world to him, and his leash manners are impeccable. He can be seen happily walking around the Ranch with many of the volunteers and advocates on most days. Rabbit is ready to put his past behind him and embark on a new chapter filled with love and happiness. Will you be the angel who offers him the forever home of his dreams and the one he is so deserving of?
