Introducing Blackie, the resilient chihuahua mix with a heart of gold! This silky black, male pup is a true survivor who was abandoned and found on the streets of Modesto in September 2023. Weighing in at 12 pounds, Blackie is now safe and sound, thanks to Chihuahua Rescue Truckee Meadows. Blackie is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped, ensuring his safety. Although he may be a bit wary of new people, he's making daily strides in overcoming his shyness and learning to trust. With a bright future ahead, this 12-pound bundle of love is currently undergoing rehabilitation and is looking forward to the day when he's ready to meet his forever family.
