My story

Hello my name is Butter-- a 30 lb, 1-year old! Are you looking for a new best friend? Me too! My foster mama says I'm the sweetest little girl around but that might be because I give the best kisses and snuggles. Playing with toys might be my favorite thing ever. I like to chase toys and shake them as hard as I can. When I'm not chasing after toys, you'll find me exploring, going on walks, giving kisses, and demanding scritches. While I have my bursts of energy, I also like a good nap or two. A girl needs her beauty sleep to stay this cute! Naps are even better if it's close to my human or fellow dog. I love being with my human but I'm able to be by myself when needed, as long as you pay the cheese tax! Oh that reminds me, I LOVE food. There's not much I wouldn't do for a tasty treat. My foster mom says I do so good in my crate and am potty trained. I am good with other dogs and can hold my own with big dogs, although I'm still learning to share toys. I am safe around cats but I do get very excited when I see them so I have to keep learning to be calm around them. I just get so excited to meet new friends, it's hard to be calm! Thanks to a DNA test, we know that Butter is a blend of Siberian Husky, American Pitbull, small Poodle, Dachshund, and Japanese Chin. She is around 30 pounds!
