My story

Lucia, the gorgeous tuxedo girl, has blossomed into a confident and energetic young cat in her foster home. She loves to play, with particular fondness for wand toys, feathers, and ping pong balls to chase around. She'll often play on her own with whatever toy is on hand, and cutely carry them around (sometimes even fetch!), and plays well with other cats. She enjoys bird watching, chirping at them from the window, and adores a window perch to relax, sunbathe, and watch the world from. Lucia listens and is well behaved, with good litter-box habits and scratching her cat post. She will follow her human around the house, flopping down on the floor to watch you go about your chores and interjecting for pets or play time. While initially shy of new people, a toy or treat quickly warms her up. She is moderately vocal with a very cute "meep" and will often greet you at the front door. She eagerly enjoys head and body scratches and brushings, but prefers no belly rubs. She will sit close on the couch or bed, purring and kneading away at a blanket, and in time we’re sure she will become a cozy lap cat with a human she fully trusts. Lucia is spayed, vaccinated, and healthy, and is good with other cats.
