Flip

My story

Say hello to Flip! He's an incredible Mixed Breed dog at FAUNA. Flip has a lot of energy and is ready to use it! He has determination and focus on the task at hand; to play! This little guy seems to be a mix of various hunting breeds, because he loves to keep moving forward, he runs through the underbrush like a champ, and stays focused. Flip is approx. 5 years old, Male, 40+ lbs, neutered, stands below the knee next to an adult, and is ready for adoption. This good boy could be perfect for a family with some land, or better yet, an experienced hunter who can train him to become an incredible hunting dog. Duck season's always right around the corner, and Flip is ready! Flip is currently in basic obedience training at FAUNA with dog trainer @Isaac Wright. From Isaac, "Flip is fantastic! His name seems to suit him; I feel like he could learn to do a flip on command. He's got the strength in his legs, he's got the brains, the focus and energy, and seems to have the drive. I saw him at the rescue and thought he had amazing potential, so we started working together. The first thing that struck me was when he dove confidently into the underbrush and came out again like that's what he was trained for. I look forward to seeing who will take this guy and mold him into their perfect pet or hunting dog!" Flip is available for adoption from FAUNA and could make an amazing working, hunting, or family dog. We think he's got the potential to try it all!
