Boone

My story

Boone will require an experienced and patient adopter. Boone, booney boy, Boone dog. He's a very special boy. He's going to take the a very specific type of adopter or foster, but promises to be the bestest boy if he can just get the right kind of home. Boone is one of those dogs that is too smart for his own good. He needs LOTS of mental stimulation to help keep his boredom and anxiety at bay. He knows his tricks, and can easily learn new ones. Once he trusts you he loves pets and to be with you at all times. Being a hound dog, he LOVES anything that gets his nose working. He loves to follow scents on walks and working for his food. Boones biggest down side is he had a hard life before coming to Beauties. This has created some major trust issues, and he needs to know you're not going to hurt him before he can trust you. He's slowly working on it with his Walker friends and staff, but being in boarding is not great for his boredom, which then manifests into anxiety. He does have some dominance in him so is picky on his dog friends. We all think he's the cutest boy and know he could be an amazing dog if he can just get the right home. We know it will be hard to find a perfect home for Boone but know there has to be one out there.
