My story

Kate and Marah are a bonded mother and daughter pair! Named after the Netflix show Firefly Lane, Kate and her babies were trapped in Sandbridge. The boys were friendly and were adopted quickly. Kate and Marah were more on the skittish side, and it has taken a while to get them to trust humans. They don’t like being held, and they will not be the cuddle on the couch cats for you anytime soon. They need someone with patience who will give them time to adapt to their new home. We felt it was necessary to keep this mom and daughter duo off the streets and find them a loving forever home together! Kate is definitely the protector of her daughter! Marah cuddles inside of the cat hiding tube with her mom, who makes her feel safe. Marah enjoys playing with wand toys. They both love watching cat TV, and their foster mom loves watching them watch TV! When it’s nap time, you can find them together in the cat tree hiding hole. Currently, they are eating Fancy Feast gravy lovers and Purina One adult dry food. They get along fine with cats and kids.
