My story

Hi, I'm Levy! I arrived here after my owner passed away. I am a little timid, so I require some patience, but my foster family is working with me every day with treats and pets. I am learning to trust and listen, but it is something that I have never really worked on so for now, I am doing the best that I can. I like to be outside but sometimes loud noises like passing cars and bikes (oh, and sudden moments) make me a little nervous. When you are walking me, for my safety it is best to double leash! After a nice walk, I would appreciate a cold ice cube as a refreshment! I'm super cool with puppies and larger dogs but for me, don't expect me to be a lap dog! I like to just be part of the crowd! I would absolutely love an extra friend around. I know that I am a diamond in the rough, but the right person will teach me love, trust and show me what forever is like.
