Despite his early experiences, Cosmo has remained incredibly sweet and kind-hearted, proving that love and care can make a world of difference. Cosmo is eagerly awaiting his forever home and is currently available for pre-adoption. To ensure his well-being and continued health, his adoption fee of $550 includes comprehensive veterinary care such as vaccines, neutering, microchipping, rabies vaccination, and even 30-day pet insurance coverage.
