My story

Please note, the majority of our rescues are special needs which means it has to be a perfect fit so we work closely with potential adopters to evaluate suitability. Special needs range from auto-immune disorders, heart disease, allergies, FIV+, FeLV+, bonded pairs and trios, and behavioral issues. Hudson was rescued from a rest stop on highway 40 outside of Nashville. He has a fear of men's work boots. We aren't sure of his background but can make some guesses. He is a very sweet boy who loves his BFF Blue. Hudson is FIV+ and will need a stress-free home to live out the rest of his life. FIV is a virus that impacted the immune system just like Aids in humans. Having a stress-free home is crucial to helping him have the best quality of life. Hudson enjoys time on his catio watching birds and napping in the fresh air and sunshine. He is sweet and mellow and will make a wonderful companion with you and his BFF Blue.
