My story

Meet Eugene! Eugene came to ICHS along with many other cats, no fault of his own though. This big boy, was not a big fan of the shelter when he first arrived. He was not very socialized and was really just scared. However, with a little time and patience, Eugene has been able to learn that we just want to be his friend! One day it just clicked with him and he went all in for the scratches! He loves to receive head and butt scratches. He truly cannot get enough! This means he also LOVES being brushed. When he isn't rubbing all over you for attention, this handsome man likes to play. Especially if you get catnip involved! He is just such a sweet and silly boy and we are so proud of the cat that he has blossomed into!
