My story

PLEASE APPLY AT www.welcomepawsrescue.org Relationship with adults:SOON SHIN loves people a lot and is very affectionate, regardless of gender. Currently living with one male and one female, but seems to show more affection towards the male. Relationship with children: SOON SHIN hasn't interacted with young children before, but since he is friendly towards people, it seems like he would be fine. When encountering young friends during walks, he didn't show much interest. Relationship with other dogs: It is speculated that SOON SHIN lived with Jindo dogs in the shelter, so when he meets a Jindo, he seems to be more excited. He greets other dogs during walks, sniffs them, and actively approaches them. However, if the other dog is scared or barks at him, he immediately turns around and goes on his way. Relationship with cats: When encountering stray cats during walks, SOON SHIN showed curiosity and wanted to greet or approach them. He doesn't seem to dislike them. House training: SOON SHIN mostly prefers outdoors but both indoors and outdoors are possible. He is well-trained with pads. When in unfamiliar places, he tries to mark his territory, but if prevented a few times, he stops doing it. Energy level: About 5-60%. After a 40-minute walk, he seems a bit tired. He is generally calm at home. Separation anxiety/barking: No separation anxiety at all. He has been alone for about 8 hours in the foster home, and he has never whimpered when the caregivers were about to leave. Initially, he barked at external noises in the foster home, but once he adapted, he stopped barking. Allowing touch or petting: Yes, he allows it. Is he good at walking: Yes, he walks well. When he needs to urinate, he may pull the leash slightly, but he walks nicely with the owner. He is scared of loud noises, and if startled, he lowers his body and tries to walk faster. At that time, if you quickly move away from that spot or stop and calm him down, he will calm down quickly. Does he try to escape: No, he doesn't. Rescue story: SOON SHIN was on the euthanasia list at the shelter before he was rescued. https://youtube.com/shorts/Rb1cXqQ-V_c
