My story

Sweetheart Elvis was rescued off the streets of Philadelphia when a trapper discovered he is a total hunka hunka burnin' love. Estimated to be around 5-6 years old, Elvis is a chill kitty who loves to snuggle and sit on laps. You really can't find a more affectionate, sweet kitty than this guy with the silly lip curl. He is playful and enjoys when his humans play with toys with him and he also loved playing with the other kitties in his foster home. He's very easy-going and friendly and all he wants is a window to watch birds out of and a warm lap to snuggle on. Elvis' favorite thing is to just hang out with his humans while they watch TV. He gets along great with other kitties, and played with and snuggled with several kittens and other adult kitties in his foster home and does great with other adults at our Adoption Center, so he would be happiest in a home with another friendly kitty or two, but if his humans are able to spend plenty of time with him, he would be fine as an only kitty also. Elvis is FIV+, which just means he has a weakened immune system, so he must be strictly kept indoors and must get regular vet checkups. He just had a dental, so his teeth are good to go and he is otherwise very healthy. With proper care, he is expected to have a long, healthy, happy life. FIV is only passed through a deep bite wound, which typically occurs when two unfixed males fight. Since he is now neutered, this is not a concern as long as the other cats he is with are friendly. You can visit Elvis at our Adoption Center and see more of Elvis on his foster mom's Instagram page at: https://instagram.com/krause_haus_kitties under the hashtag #ElvisCowKitty *****If this profile is active, the kitty is still available and has not already been approved for adoption. You do not need to message to ask us if the kitty is still available.***** If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please submit an application online at www.CatTalesInc.org and a Cat Tales Adoption Application Review Team member will contact you within 72 hours by email to begin processing your application and answer any questions you have. All kitties from Cat Tales will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped before they go to their homes.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Elvis, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
