My story

Friendly, happy, Bobbin. He can barely contain his excitement when he sees a smiling face. His entire body wiggles, not just his tail. It’s how he says hello.Bobbin is social with other dogs in playgroups, meaning he plays with other dogs. He is ready to find a family where he can grow up and learn about all the best parts of being a dog. Bobbin is 2 years old; he has lots of life and love to give. Bobbin needs a home without cats; they are too much fun to chase. He lives successfully with children in his last home. Come meet the sweetest boy ever by emailing foster@kcpetproject.org!Bobbin was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and here is what they had to say, `Bobbin is a total sweetheart and an excellent cuddler—he’s the first foster dog to rest his head in my lap, and it completely melted my heart. On our walk through the woods, he was careful and attentive, almost like he was making sure we were going the right way and keeping an eye out for any “unwanted visitors” (like squirrels). He doesn’t seem to know “sit” just yet, but he was very tuned in and kept checking back to make sure I was still with him (and maybe to see if a treat was coming). He’s a gentle, thoughtful companion with a big heart and so much potential.`Bobbin is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
