My story

The song lyrics “You’ve got a friend in me” from the movie Toy Story really describes the long term loving friendship of these bonded cats Lexi and Monty. Monty is a seven-year-old handsome orange and white cutie. He had a rough start in life spending his first year of life in a cage being cared for by a homeless woman. Now he has grown into an affectionate, sweet boy who craves attention and will happily sit by your side as a comforting companion. Also residing in the foster home is the other half of this devoted duo our girl Lexi. Abandoned as a kitten in a parking lot, this four year old black fur beauty has been able to develop a wonderful relationship with her best buddy Monty. Lexi is happy as can be in her foster’s home and is very well behaved. While Monty will seek out human affection Lexi is content to play with her best friend and does not need any attention from humans. Monty is Lexi’s emotional support friend. While Monty has enough love in his heart for both Lexi and a human companion, Lexi will thrive if all the human attention is focused on Monty.
