My story

Tootles, is very loving and purr when pet with his tail up. Tootles is very calm and can play and hang out by himself or loves to play and cuddle with people. He is a curious kitten who wants to know what you’re doing and be a part of it. He loves to chase and catch the elusive fly in the house. Tootles particularly loves cat tv. Tootles loves the lazer pointer when he isn’t gazing out the window at squirrels and birds. Tootles loves to play with random objects and sometimes carries them around in his mouth around the house. We plan to place Tootles with his brother, Sweetums in a forever home as they have bonded and we would hate to separate them. We love our cats and we pledge support for the rest of their lives, which is why our location limits are in place. We appreciate your understanding. At Chicago Cat Rescue, we are dedicated to both the physical and emotional well-being of the cats and kittens in our care. For this reason, unless expressly stated, we do not place cats or kittens in homes where they will be the only cat. Generally, cats love the company of other cats, and can become quite lonely when living alone. Kittens will only be placed in pairs, or to join another kitten or young cat in your home. Chicago Cat Rescue is an entirely foster-based organization. Our ability to help more cats in need is dependent on our availability of foster homes.
