My story

* COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT TRAPPER/FOSTER/ADOPTER ** Rheya was born in an auto mechanic strip mall parking lot. She was covered in grease and extremely hungry. The feeder had passed away leaving 20+ cats behind to starve. We received multiple calls that day and jumped into action. We fixed so many cats on those blocks (43+) in one week! We pulled all the litters of kittens to foster, get off the streets and find great homes. Rheya was one of those lucky souls! She was underweight, malnourished and had a serious upper respiratory infection. She is healthy, happy and ready to love her forever human! Rheya loves to talk and once your hands are on her, she can't stop rolling around and asking for more. She will lay in your lap for hours and follow you all over. She's not super crazy about other cats but if you have a mellow fellow male at your house who will give her the space she needs, she will be just fine. Rheya has a kitten-like face who will stay on the smaller side. She just wants her own human and to be LOVED!! Dogs: No-go after coyotes frequented the colony Kids: Older kids would be her favorite Cats: A male would be the best only if he is non-alpha, non-territorial and very even-tempered. She would be just fine as an only kitty with you as her one true love. * Date of Birth: March 2017 (approx) * Color/Breed: Brown Tabby * Eye Color: Amber/Green * Spayed * Vaccinated * Combo Tested: FELV/FIV Negative on Both * Microchipped: Found Animals * Flea Treated: Revolution * Dewormed: Triple Wormer Droncit * Litterbox Trained * Litter Preference: All Natural+Unscented * Scratch Post Trained * Scratch Post Preference: Rope, Sisal, Cardboard ADOPT-A-PET FORMS EXPLANATION: * Adoption Application: If you are ready to adopt, filling out an adoption application gets the adoption process moving forward for approval & home delivery. Adoption applications receive priority over inquiries. Fill Out an Adoption Application On Our Website Here: www.thetnrproject.org/adoption-application * Adopt-A-Pet Inquiry Forms: To avoid any confusion, the inquiry form is a brief email form if you have questions. It does not start the adoption process. FACT: Did you know 80-90% of the cats in the shelters are from the streets? Please help support your local TNR (Trap.Neuter.Return.) groups who are on the streets making a difference by stopping the overwhelming number of litters being born. Please consider fostering with us to save more lives. Always remember to Sterilize....Don't Euthanize!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rheya, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
