My story

Cricket Long-haired German shepherd or Belgian Tervuren? Whichever you decide, this three-year old is gorgeous. Her original person was killed in an accident and she was given a safe haven to decompress by an elderly couple after his death. Now she is ready to find her forever family. Cricket is recently spayed and fully vetted. She’s as fast as hurricane- force winds and would do well with agility training. Incredibly affectionate with all humans, she’s not a fan of cats and she’s pretty sure she’s the same size as horses so maybe they’ll play? Not so much. She needs basic leash training because she’s certain that whatever the activity is going to be, it can’t start without her. Hurry up, hurry up! Car rides? Oh yes, yes, yes, even if we’re going to the vet. The bonus plan for Cricket would be someone who works from home so she can plant herself right beside them. She loves to play ball and is ambivalent about treats (we’re supposed to bury them, right?). She’s one of the herding breeds so giving her a “job” would be fantastic for her.
