My story

Did you know that in addition to bringing the perfect touch of sweetness to food and drink, the Mayo Clinic has said that honey has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties? Bring on the honeycomb ice cream!! Ok, perhaps not in that form, but in its natural state, honey has many beneficial uses including wound care, gastrointestinal relief and cough suppressant! And we have a form of honey that can help relieve loneliness and boredom too! Meet our very good girl, Honey! In a former home Honey was reported to be house and crate trained and was described as a very playful pup who was good with young children, loves attention, and was well- behaved when left home alone. Honey’s volunteer friends love spending time with this sweet lady, sharing:“Honey really is sweet, just like her name. She’s always smiling and ready to cuddle. Easy to leash and not reactive. She loves running around the yard with her kennelmate and saying “hi” to people walking by. What a good girl.”“Honey greeted me at her kennel door with a friendly waggy tail. She’s a bouncy, friendly, excited girl, jumping up next to me on the bench and enjoying pets with a waggy tail almost the entire time we were in the play yard together. Honey would bring a sweet and friendly presence into any home.”“Honey is pure joy: she`s always smiling and wagging her tail. She`s easy to leash up and attentive to her handler. She loves running around and playing with her kennelmate. I enjoy taking her out because she makes me happy.”Honey shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any potential furry roommates before heading home to ensure a good fit. As you can see, Honey is an absolute catch! Come and meet her today!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt HONEY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
