You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Poppy is an active young dog that loves attention and loves to run and play. She is on the smaller size and is good with kids, other dogs and people. Poppy is crate trained, potty trained, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. Fenced in yard required.
