Franklin is a sweet, happy boy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. Recently surrendered to us due to life changes in his previous home, Franklin is back at the shelter through no fault of his own. He’s been living a wonderful life and it shows—he’s affectionate, well-mannered, and ready to bring joy to a new family.Franklin’s favorite place in the world? The park! His previous owners shared how much he loved to run and play, soaking up every minute fun. He’s a social pup who may do well with another dog—if you have one at home, we’d love for you to bring them along for a meet and greet to make sure it’s a great match.Franklin is ready to start his next chapter.
