My story
Howdy, my name is Oscar and I am a spunky little dude! My best friend Dandy and I are looking for a home together. I love to walk on a leash. The HALO staff says I am friendly, social and lovable. I am great with other dogs and people! They make me so excited! I am a lot of personality in a small package.
