My story

Meet Phillip! We are really not sure of his breed so it’s a guess! Here’s what his foster parents say about this super handsome young man: Phillip is a crazy bundle of a life-loving, tail wagging boy! At 21/5 -3 yrs old, he still maintains 120% of his puppy-like exuberance. Do you like being greeted with enthusiasm when you return home? Phillip NEVER disappoints with his happy welcome. In fact, he sometimes will bowl you over with his excitement! Because of that, we recommend he live with kids who are 12 yrs old and over. He needs a loving home with a 6-foot privacy fence so he can explore the joys of chasing birds and squirrels. He is house-trained and crate-trained and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Phillip is the sweetest of the sweet, but he does tend to get a little mischievous late in the afternoon. Do you have clutter you haven’t taken care of in months? Phillip will be happy to pull something off your shelves to chew. Oddly, he is usually well- behaved with food around, but he loves to find some random item to sink his teeth into. He is talkative when he sees other living things on a walk and when his food is being prepared but is generally quiet when outside in his yard. If you want to spend time with a dog that loves to have you close by, make plans to meet Phillip today! You will NOT be disappointed 🥰 If you would like to meet Phillip, please go to our website at k9newlife.org under “Dogs for Adoption” and fill out our online adoption application. *All of our dogs are in individual foster homes so an appointment is required

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Phillip, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
