You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet handsome Buddy who is looking for a foster or furever home.   Here's the lowdown on him - Buddy's owner had him for two years. We were told she took him in after she found him abandoned and emaciated. Sadly, this owner kept him living outside; on a chain or in a pen that he frequently escaped. After one such escape, he came home with his leg injured. He was brought to the vet and they said his leg was fine how it was! We don't know the full circumstances, but when a volunteer went check on Buddy after he had then been attacked by another dog, she knew he needed help immediately. He was taken to the ER where it was determined Buddy would have to have his leg amputated. We made him a Diamond and he has been living as a tripod for about a year now!   Buddy is a very sweet, affectionate boy, but because of his past and extreme prey drive, he would do best as an only pet. He gets around just fine as a tripod and loves to explore and sniff everything! Buddy would also do best in a dog experience home with low traffic.
