My story

I, Chrissy, was placed on MEDHOLD on 13 June 2022. On meds for 10 days as my gums were red and inflamed. Both third eyelids were showing. I had an x-ray too. Returned to the vets for two check-ups. I am waiting for the Vet's final notes on me releasing me back to the Pet Adoption Center for my adoption. All my tests came back within normal limits. Update 9 July 2022 - great news everyone - I have been cleared for adoption! I will stay with my Foster till a vacancy opens up in the Pet Adoption Center. Till then, I will show on the weekends. ======================================= I am a Lovebug! I am easy-going, playful lass and, well, to be honest, I am a Purrfect kitty! Go ahead and pet me and just listen to my purrs! Love to get Attention...I Love to cuddle. I will squirm around while you are petting me. It is just who I am. Want you to get all my favorite spots. Since I feel so much better now, I am not longer that little timid kitty at the Pet Adoption Center, but I am an active gal who plays so much with the other cats at my Foster's. I LOVE to run and chase them down the hall...then they chase me! Best that I be a second (or third kitty) as I like cats around me. Unsure of dogs. Kids okay too...but be prepared for playtime. I am BED kitty - will get comfy on your plllow...still will chase your feet under the blankets (best to wear socks!). Cannot find me? Check your bed...I will be there. I do sit on the cat tree observing all..I am a good jumper. Background: I was rescued from the Eastern Shore (of Virginia) recycle plant. My foster took care of me and when I was completely vetted, she brought me to the Pet Adoption Center on 30 May 2022.
