My story

Hi, my name is Holly. I am spayed female 5 year old chihuahua mix. Pros: Crate trained Spayed Vaccines up to date Dewormed Microchipped AGE: 5 years Old. Please No to the following: No Medium or large breed dogs No children under the age of 12. No Condos or Townhouses. From the time I wake to the time I go to bed, I love to follow routines for feeding, potty and quiet time. I am semi house trained, however since I am a little California chihuahua I don’t really like these Alberta winters, especially the really cold days. On those cold days, I am very content using a pee pad which my foster mum places strategically near the back door to outside for me. My favorite place to take a nap is under the blankets and it’s even better if that blanket is on someone’s lap. I am very independent and prefer to walk than to be picked up and carried. Being carried around makes me nervous, and squirmy unless you are holding onto me safely, and securely. When you get home after being away, I promise to greet you with sounds of happiness to let you know how much I missed you. I am looking a new forever home that is safely fenced, and owned by loving people who are home more than they are away. Please tell my rescue about your family and home environment. Please tell us about yourself and what kind of home you are offering to give me, my name is Holly. Please include as much information as possible for my rescue. If you skip this step you will not be considered or contacted by my rescue. All dogs adopted through Heart Prints Dog Rescue Society must complete a 6 week Force Free Dog Obedience Training class at For The Love of Paws. This cost is NOT included in the adoption fees. Please contact "For the Love of Paws Pet Services Dog Training" for their training fee. www.flopps.ca ADOPTION FEE: $650.00 This helps Heart Prints Dog Rescue Society cover some veterinary, and dental expenses, micro-chip, and treatment/therapy costs if needed, fostering, and transport costs while Holly was in the care of Heart Prints Dog Rescue Society. When you adopt me and give me a loving, safe home you are helping save that next life our rescue helps that needs them. Serious inquiries only! Our rescue's email is: Heartprintsdogadoptions@gmail.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Holly, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
