My story

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE YOU RESPOND. JONAH was saved from a bad situation. She had been abandoned in a parking lot in Riverside, CA. Now she is a loving and loyal lap cat who is looking for her FUREVER home. JONAH is shy at first but blossoms when she feels safe. She loves to chase toys and play with other kitties, no matter what age they are. Her favorite toy is a bouncy ball that she can run after and carry around in her mouth. Her favorite thing to do at the end of the day is curl up in your lap to get and give love. JONAH is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / RUSSIAN BLUE MIX. None of our rescue cats are pure breeds. She is about 9 months old and is good with cats. At her foster home, she was around kittens, other cats and children. She has NEVER been around dogs. JONAH is currently with at a foster home in Beaumont, CA. MAY 2022: With all the needed social distancing, we are still doing adoptions. VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees. Volunteers are usually at Petsmart between 9 - 10 am to 12 pm - 1 pm. Please note that it is totally up to the volunteers if they are comfortable with allowing you in the cattery. (COVID). Steps 1-5 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Request Online Application 2. Fill Out Online Form 3. Submit Online Application 4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview 5. Will be notified of Approved Application 6. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty 7. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED) 8. Sign Adoption Contract 9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH) 10. Take the Kitty Home ************************ NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS *********************** You can obtain an online application one of 3 ways. The 1st way (THE BEST AND FASTEST WAY) is to apply on OUR ONLINE APPLICATION form. Email us to request the application link or ask questions not answered for you in THIS ad. The 3rd way is to go to one of the 3 PETSMARTS and SCAN the flyer (located all over the windows in front of the cattery) with the ONLINE APPLICATION. Meet and greets will take place at the Petsmart location where the cat/kitten is currently located at. The cats/kittens at a foster/rescue home, we will do meet and greets at any of the 3 Petsmart locations listed below. Gas donations always appreciated! PETSMART in Murrieta, Ca off Madison Avenue in Hemet, Ca off Florida Avenue on Palm Desert, Ca off Monterey Avenue ********** PLEASE NO CALLS. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALLS ********** If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out be patient. JONAH is ALREADY fully vetted. The adoption fee of $200 covers: Spay FVRCP shots RABIES shot FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative) Drontal Dewormer Stronghold Flea Control Microchip We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens.
