My story

Faith's Facebook Album 2-2023: Faith has waited over a year to find her forever home. She has filled out a bit in foster care and is completely house trained. She and Keylee (also in long term foster) are good friends. Faith would do best in a home where she could get walks everyday and she needs a very safe fenced in yard. She is a joyful, sweet, silly Pointer and would bring a lot of love to the family that wants an older less active Pointer. 2-07-2022: Faith flew to a longer term foster home in Minnesota with the help of Captain Dave Tan. She is a great traveler. We do know that she has some sight issues in darker areas. She seems to see a lot better in bright light and out doors. It's possible her Rocky Mountain spotted fever infection could have caused a previous Anterior Uveitis infection and that could have affected her sight. She is such a pretty dog and sweet as can be. 1-22-2022: Faith is doing well in foster care. Some things have her confused like mirrors as she will bark at herself when she sees her reflection- but she LOVES all the cuddles she is getting on the couch. 1-16-2022: Tim (adopted) and Faith are lemon and white Pointers that were dumped off at Franklin County Animal Control in Benton Illinois in early 2022. Apparently the man that dumped them pulled them from a man in Kentucky that left them in a pen starving. If you would like to help, please click HERE to submit a foster to adopt home application.
