My story

Meet Bentley! This handsome hunk was surrendered when his owner couldn’t continue taking care of him. He is shy at first, but with a slow approach warms up to be a snuggly guy. Check out Bentley! He's so ready to make a new best friend to share his smiles with (but wants me to point out he can be serious too 😉). Bentley is a long hair chi mix, crazy soft, and is full grown at just over a year old. He still has plenty of his puppy energy, and loves to play with toys - especially squeaky balls! Zooming around with his doggy friends is also pretty high up on the list, he loves to show them how much faster he is! He is good with a slow introduction and time to get to know new doggy friends, very outgoing dogs tend to make him more nervous at first. Cats are also ok in his book, especially when they want to relax with him on the couch, but he is still confused why they don't want to run with him! Bentley loves hanging out on the couch with his people, and is a great shadow! He is also very good at sitting and some other basic commands, and is potty trained. Since he's still young, a schedule and set rules are important for his growth into the bestest boy. He would LOVE for his new best friend(s) to take him on walks to get some of his puppy energy out!
