My story

Hi, I’m Sitka. I’m quizzical, curious, and watchful. I like to take in all the action before I become a part of it. I’m more of the analytical type. I can be hand shy and need a patient approach to build trust before I let you pet me. It’s not that I don’t like being pet, I’m just the kind of girl that wants to get to know you first. I’m told I have the most gorgeous, silky black and white fur. If you hear my rumbly purr, you’ll know you’re a very special person! My all-time favorite toys are pipe cleaners, but I won’t turn down a good laser pointer chase either. When I’m not playing or observing I enjoy a good cuddle with my brother, Arroyo. Sitka is bonded with her brother Arroyo, who helps her be confident. Both Arroyo and Sitka would do best in a quieter home without young children where they can become comfortable at their own pace.
