My story

Meet Maisie, a beautiful and intelligent young pup who is looking for a fresh start and a family to call her own. This sweet girl has spent most of her life outdoors and is still learning that indoor life can be safe and comfortable. While she’s made progress, she’ll need a patient and understanding adopter to help her continue adjusting. Maisie absolutely loves other dogs and would do best in a home with canine companionship to help build her confidence. She’s full of energy and curiosity, so she’ll need a secure yard and someone willing to work with her on boundaries and positive reinforcement training. She is not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Despite her past challenges, Maisie is incredibly loving and eager to connect with people—she just needs someone to show her the way. With an Adoption Angel covering her fee, all she needs now is the right home to give her the time, structure, and love she deserves. Could that be you?~~~~~The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours, giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. Program runs daily starting at noon.
