My story

If you`re looking for the perfect blend of gentle, loyal, and fun-loving, Astra is your girl. This sweetheart is calm and happy with a playful sparkle—she’s just as content lounging in the sun as she is going on a long walk or hike with her favorite human. Once she’s bonded with you, Astra will want to be by your side for everything—whether that’s adventuring outdoors or curling up on the couch for a snuggle session.Astra is the queen of cuddles. She thinks she’s a tiny lap dog and will absolutely try to prove it by snuggling up the moment you sit down. If you’re working from home, expect her to rest her head on your feet. If you`re on the couch, she’s on you. Her love is big and heartfelt.She gets along famously with other dogs—big or small—and would thrive in a home with a canine playmate or two. Cats? Not so much. Astra`s playful spirit leads her to chase them, but not out of malice—she just really wants to play! She’s also warming up to men and, with gentle introductions, grows to love them too.Astra is house trained, crate trained, and knows how to sit and lay down. She’s working on stay and already shows a great willingness to learn. Her energy level is beautifully balanced—playful and enthusiastic when you are, and mellow and calm when it’s time to relax. She does occasionally get excited and hop up to give kisses, and her `happy tail` tends to wag with such joy that she doesn’t notice when it smacks a wall (oops!).If you`re looking for a loyal, active, and affectionate companion who’ll love you fiercely and always be close by, Astra’s ready to meet you.
