My story

Alleghany is a sweet young tabby cat who was found very pregnant in a Durham neighborhood. The neighbors that found her agreed to co-foster Alleghany and her kittens once they were born, so they all have been receiving great care fron Day 1. Now that Alleghany's kittens are weaned and will soon be ready for homes of their own, we hope to find a forever home for Alleghany, too. This sweet girl is easy-going and friendly, and at a year old, she is still practically a kitten herself. Only after a representative of the refuge has visited the applicant's home will the refuge consider continuing with the adoption process.
