Hi, friends! My name is Cooper. I am a gorgeous house panther who was born on March 2, 2021. I love to play - it doesn't matter if it's an actual cat toy or not, I'm playing with it! Not only that, but I'll also carry these toys around with me and stash them for later. I usually forget where I put them and then complain about how I have no toys, but I'll just go find something else to play with. I am a friendly, super snuggly boy, and I'll do just about anything if you bribe me with treats. I would really love to go home with my foster brother, Eli. I am litterbox trained. I am social, outgoing and active. Give me a chance and apply today! Adoption fee: $125. Adopt a pair: $200. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 30 days of free pet insurance. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., come meet adoptable pets on the fourth Saturday of every month (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). NOTE ABOUT BREED LABELING: Visual breed identification of cats is unreliable and usually inaccurate. So, for most of our adoptable cats, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each cat or kitten as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our cats based on personality, not by breed label. Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cooper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
