My story

Microchipped/ DOB: June 1, 2019 (2 years old) Boots is an incredibly sweet and laid-back young cat. He enjoys cuddling and prefers cozying up on a warm lap to wild adventures. Boots does enjoy playing with the odd toy, but maybe we just haven’t found the right one to spark his interest yet. Boots is a beautiful brown tabby with tiger stripes and white tuxedo markings. His mild-tempered personality indicates that he would be comfortable with other cats and children. His new family should proceed with slow, gentle introductions as Boots hasn’t been exposed to too many new things. Boots was brought under the care of Toronto Cat Rescue (KW Chapter) after being found living outside in the Kitchener Waterloo area. After a veterinarian examination, it was determined he had Stomatitis and needed 14 molars and pre-molars removed. Boots is feeling much better now but likes a diet of wet food. Although he will eat a little kibble, wet is preferred. Boots is currently at PetSmart Cambridge (store #2005) and you can meet him through the glass at the store. Due to covid restrictions you are not allowed in the room.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Boots, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
