Simba

My story

Simba was surrendered by her present owner as they couldn’t give him what he needs and wanted a better life for him. However, before his present owner had him, he was rescued by GHS from a pretty bad situation and through all of that Simba is truly one of the best dogs to come through GHS. He is approx. 6 1/2 years of age, and is truly the epitome of a GENTLE GIANT! He is loving, gentle, friendly, loves other dogs, and loves people! He can NOT go to a rental, apartment living or be kept inside. Simba needs an experienced owner who will spend time w/him, walk him, exercise him and NOT tie him up outside or throw him in the back yard. Believe it or not, this 110 lb. gentle giant scaled a 6 ft. Fence at Goshen Humane Society all because he wanted to meet 2 of our other shelter dogs❤️. He needs either to be on a farm, or on a large piece of property with a family/single person where he is their “side kick!” I know there is someone out there that is SImba’s perfect match! There isn’t a kinder and more loving dog! ONLY SERIOUS need apply. Simba is an incredible dog and needs a equally as special owner!
