My story

Finley is a 2 year old English bulldog with a bundle of energy and love to give. At 45lbs, this short boy loves to jump on your lap and have his belly rubbed until he falls asleep snoring on you. Dogs and cats tend to make him nervous so he would prefer to be the only dog in the home, but he can entertain himself just the same with toys and chews. He is very food motivated and will do just about anything for treats. Although he is housebroken and is crate trained, Finley does need an experienced adopter to control his impulses and further his obedience training. On walks he tends to get distracted and wants to go off an play with every person who passes (or chase all the little birdies and squirrels to eat their treats). Until he can get his training down, Finley would probably do best in a home without any small children as he is very playful and can knock them over. He loves eating snow, rolling in the grass, laying down with his foster parents or just about any toy he can find. He would make a great companion to anyone looking to open up their home to a quirky little fella with lots of love to give. Experienced adopters only! His adoption fee is $425.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Finley, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
