My story

Camay was rescued from a park in the city of Rialto, California. She arrived here on November 22, 2020. She has been doing binkies, chinning everything in her bunny bungalow, and when she tires herself out she will flop! I'd say she is a happy camper to have landed here at the rescue! If she could only whisper in our ears and tell us what her life was like before rescue I'm sure it would be intriguing! I just love the little dot on her face! It's so cute! She's spirited, sassy and spunky which makes for loads of endless fun! She is energetic and will need lots of toys and enrichment to occupy her little busy body self. She's a petite little gal and easy to handle once she feels comfy in your lap. A fluffy blanket underfoot helps her feel secure while she calmly enjoys gentle strokes to her noggin! She will give you kisses and lick you once she feels secure with you. She's living the good life now but just missing someone to claim her as their own. Hoping that might be you! If Camay can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or home made DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it. Please be over 18 if inquiring about a rabbit. Camay can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore. The adoption fee is $80 which just covers the spay surgery and rescue intake medication protocols. Any additional donations to keep the struggling rescue afloat are greatly appreciated. Don't have the items you need to welcome a bunny to your home? No problem, I have low cost x-pen enclosures, litter boxes, bunny litter, hay, food pellets and toys to make new bunny ownership easier for you. Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies! Or, if you prefer to get your bunny supplies ahead of time, PLEASE consult with me before you purchase them as I can direct you to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials.
