My story

Say hello to beautiful, one year old Beau! Beau is a shy but incredibly clever and affectionate girl who is looking for her forever home after being discovered abandoned on the side of a road at just a few weeks old. She has had plenty of time and TLC to grow into her courage and become the wonderful girl we know today in her foster home, and Beau feels that she’s ready to take the leap into finding her forever home! Beau is one stunning lady, there’s no doubt about that! With her gorgeous looks Beau could melt hearts no matter where she goes. Beyond her darling tabby stripes, Beau has a ton of love to offer to her future forever family once she gets to know them - While Beau is definitely shy when you first get to know her, once she warms up to you Beau is all purrs and cuddles! Patience and cleverness come to Beau naturally, she is wonderfully well-behaved and will even sit calmly as you trim her delicate nails. There are no hisses or swats to be found with this kitty, she’s far too kind-hearted for that sort of thing, even if she gets spooked by a loud noise! She’s certainly not a big fan of loud noises like vacuums or blenders, but all Beau does is find a cozy spot to bunker down and hide until she decides the coast is clear again. She will likely get more comfortable and used to noisy things around the house the more she experiences them with you at her side! When Beau is feeling particularly adventurous, this quiet soul will plop herself down in front of the window to gaze at the wildlife going about their business outside. Beau has learned a neat trick thanks to her foster mama - If she claps her hands, Beau will come running expecting a treat! Beau is one smart cookie, and she’s very excited to show you just how wonderful she is once you bring her home! Beau has grown up alongside her siblings Bessie and Bulbar, and they all get along wonderfully. She has also grown up with young children, although their rambunctious energy can sometimes be too much for sweet Beau!
