Shawnee - Adoption Pending!

My story

Shawnee is a loving and playful 10-month-old brindle pittie mix that came to us from Animal Control as a stray. His fur is as soft as a blanket and perfect for snuggling up with on these colder days! Shawnee is a healthy boy who gets along great with all dogs and wants to play with any dog willing to play with him! He has not been introduced to cats or kids yet but we can arrange for proper introductions if you’re interested. He is starting to learn that his crate is his safe place, though he’d really prefer to play all day long! When he’s not playing, he likes to snuggle and give kisses to his humans! Luckily, he can entertain himself for hours in the yard or with his toys! But even while he’s busy playing, he is careful to check on his humans and give them kisses in between play times! He has a designated spot for his toys and brings all of his new toys to that spot! Shawnee is a smart boy who listens well and is learning basic commands. He loves going for rides in the car and would make a good road trip companion. He would probably love to have a sibling to play with but he can also entertain himself.
