My story

THANK YOU for finding us and interest in our rescued dog. Because Shelly is an international rescue through Taiwan. If you’re interested in adopting also can pick her up at international airport, please fill out an application on our website. Please email us if you have any question. Thank you very much. Apply at https://www.lifeofhopefoundation.org/adoption-application/ ----------------------- Shelly and Polly, these two sisters were only a couple months old when they were found on the streets. They were brought to a shelter where they stayed for a few months. Unfortunately, no loving family ever came to take them home. When it was the regulated date to return Polly and Shelly back on the streets, rescuer could not accept this, because, for Polly and Shelly, whom never really lived on the streets, returning them back on the streets would not be a TNR procedure, rather, it would be putting them in danger. Rescuer didn’t want to give up on these girls, therefore, she took them home and continued to find a loving family for them. Shelly is get along very well with dogs and people. If you are interested in adopting Shelly, please fill out an application on our website. Shelly is patiently waiting for her forever home.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Shelly (Formosan Mountain Dog), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
