Kato in San Antonio

My story

Kato is a little senior with a beautiful rough coat. He’s about 10 years old. His spine was slightly hurt when he was hit by a car. It does not slow him down! He’s a JRT with a JRT personality. When he was a puppy his breeder (whoever it was) docked his tail too short. He has enough hair to make up for it! He’s crate trained and house trained as long as you pay attention and don’t make him hold it too long. He does not tear or chew anything up. He’s a happy boy who loves hanging out with you and getting loved on. He gets along with other dogs...females are best...and he even likes cats!!! All his vet work has been done...even a dental! Kato would love to run around in a securely fenced yard. He likes to snoop. All he needs is a lap, a yard, someone to throw his ball around, and a place to snuggle! A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt Kato. His adoption fee is $150. Please fill out the online adoption application at www.russellrescue.com.
