My story

Meet Ozzy! Ozzy is CUUUUTE & he KNOWS it! Let's get right into it! This guy's ideal home is somewhere with no kids & no other dogs. I know that's a bummer -- but don't let it sway you from this awesome guy! Ozzy is so smart!! Learns quickly & aims to please. He's nonreactive to other animals. What does this mean? It means when you're out walking him or hiking or whatever -- he's not going to be lunging & going nuts when he sees another dog. He has played well with some dogs but can also be selective with others so he is best as your sole companion. He definitely wouldn't be a dog you could take to the dog park. He thrives with exercise, training & structure! He is great in a crate, knows the doggie door, great on a leash. LOVES to play & just an all around awesome dude. He would do so well with someone that was active, played ball & games with him every day and worked with him daily! He's a WORKING DOG. Aussies were bred to herd cattle. He'd be amazing with a job like that! Since a lot of us don't have cattle -- we have to get creative to keep him stimulated and his little mind working :) There are SO many fun ways to work him and make sure he gets the exercise he needs -- no cattle required! His adoption fee is waived to the right home! He is neutered, vaccinated & microchipped.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Ozzy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
