My story

Our sweet Joleen is probably the most unique dog we have ever had. And probably has the most amazing personality that we have ever seen. She is a total joy to be around. She loves everyone!! She came to us after her owner was arrested for animal cruelty and Joleen and multiple other animals were seized by our local animal control facility. She had to remain in animal control in a concrete cell for several months while her owner was on trail and awaiting a verdict. We took possession of her the day after the trial ended. Her breed mix is a total guess, our vet agrees that she is most likely something crossed with a Chinese Crested. She weighs 37 pounds and is about 6-8 years old. She still has plenty of spunk left in her though. She really acts like a younger dog without an of the bad behaviors. She has good house manners, is not destructive, doing exceptional on her house training, does not need to be crated. Just all around a wonderful girl. She has a personality that we can't even begin to describe. From the first minute that she arrived in her foster home, she took up with staying in the office chair of the home office where her foster mom works. We have attached a collage of pictures of her in the office chair. Its really too funny. She loves to cuddle. Loves to sleep in the bed at night with her foster parents.. Loves to be petted and will gently pull your hand to her if she wants to be petted. Joleen is spayed, heartworm negatived, up to date on vaccinations and microchiped. Her adoption fee is $275 and her transport fee is $145. She is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but will be transported to a preapproved adopter in the following areas....Asheville, DC, New York, New England areas (sorry, we are not licensed to place dogs in the state of MA).
