Baby Huey

My story

Huey is an extremely handsome pit bull mix. He was found in a hoarding situation with 26 other animals. He came to the shelter extremely thin and scared. He was so shy and shut down that he wouldn't come out of his run for months. He needs love, patience, and a quiet home that will allow him time to build trust and become comfortable. He was pretty broken when he came to us and it took him a while to come out of his shell. But now he loves all the volunteers! Huey is great on leash and is a champ on walks. He's a beautiful boy that has been in rescue way too long. He needs someone to give him a chance to show what an amazing dog he can be.
