Claribel

My story

This smiling beauty is Claribel. She is about 7 years old, and was tied to a fence along with a male dog, and abandoned. It’s obvious she was used as a breeder and that she was likely crated and sat in her own waste for a long time, because the bottom of her beautiful white body is stained yellow despite repeated baths. Despite the first half of her life being absolute garbage, Claribel is a sweet and friendly doll. She has gotten along well with the other dogs we’ve introduced her to, and she is all smiles about finally being rescued. (We don’t know about cats yet.) We are taking her to the vet 5/21 for shots and spay, plus microchip, and she will need a dental as well. Then this lovely lady will be ready for a better second act.
